Very nice room , large with a great bed ! Pool was warm enough , and Hot Tub was hot ! Nice touch with warm cookies in the afternoon. Breakfast was good .. nice helpful staff. I would for sure stay here again .

The breakfast menu was okay but there is not a whole lot of options. I do enjoy the variety of shops and things to do that is around. There is a hot tub and pool, pool is decently warm and hot tub is super hot but it does feel nice. I will say the overdose of chlorine is intense and it does make your eyes burn by how concentrated it is and the smell of chlorine is really strong compared to a typical pool/hot tub. I recommend when you pay, pay through the app and not directly at the place because they take 135$ for incidentals and then do not charge you for your stay until after your stay which was a bit weird to me.

We stayed in room 301 (4 night stay)- overall Room was clean. Hotel was quiet. Would stay again if i got a good deal again. Seemed rooms and lobby had been remodeled. Except the doors and elevator. The Door was wiggly and felt a bit unsecured. Was a large gap under the door. The elevator got stuck on floor 2 (fixed its self) and could hear it struggle. Sometimes it would chime- other times not. Wifi and tv were great. Water pressure bad. Felt like our shower handle might come off the wall. Pool was clearly damaged but usable. Pool and pool area very clean! The bottom of pool had chunks missing. Id be worried about the safty for kids feet. Whirlpool was a foot low in water level but nice! Loved it. Check in was rushed and meh We left at aprox 4am, 9/4/25 and employees (2) were smoking weed in the lobby? Was a blunt on the ladies cell phone as we checked out she hurried off, But check out was friendly and helpful.

The room itself is clean and the beds are comfortable, but the tv’s need updated to smart tv’s and the tub was gross. There was some hair on the toilet and floor near the tub. The toiletries included 2 soaps, a half used shampoo and lotion bottles. It was fine but for the price should have been much nicer. Lots of restaurants/stores close by but the immediate surroundings felt run down. Wouldn’t stay here again. Didn’t bother getting up for breakfast but the 24 hour coffee was nice. 1st floor had ice machine and water fountain with water fill area and snack machine. We were on the 3rd floor sooo not super convenient but ok for the 2 nights we were there.

We, a senior couple in our seventies, were given a room on the third floor. Then the elevator stopped working and we had to shelp all our luggage down three flights of stairs. No help was offered. No discount was offered for our inconvenience. As far as the room was concerned, room 303, there were ants in the room. The bathroom had do place to hang a towel or place a bar of soap in the shower. It also smelled of sewer gas. I believe the shower drain is not properly sealing.

My stay was ok. Nothing spectacular, just a place to rest my head. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. The rest of the property could use a bit of TLC. The free breakfast was kind of underwhelming, with the only hot items being scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and waffle maker.

They have apparently put a lot of work into updating a little older property. The room was very nice. The main areas are nice. The pool shows its age, the area needs some work. My room phone was broken, the shower control was broken, the light switch was broken and 1 of two TVs didn’t work. We told the desk and they moved us quickly, we appreciate that. For the price, it beat the heck out of everywhere close . Would stay again based on that. The facilities need a little work on the details.

Hotel common areas were dirty. Weeds growing up around the entrance. Broken jacuzzi the entire 5 day stay. Pool down for maintenance one day. No one staffing the front desk upon check out, no manager on duty. There was a sign on the reception desk with a phone number to call with concerns. The highlight of the stay was definitely the hot breakfast. The staff in the breakfast area were on top of things and food was hot, good and well supplied.

The room and hotel were nice. I had booked the hotel because it listed it had a working hot tub. When I checked in I was told that the hot tub was not working and hadn't been for a while. I would have been nice to know this prior to check in. The shower was nice but there were no shelves, ledges, etc to place any shower items. Had to place on the shower floor.
