This hotel is in transition from one brand to another. It definitely needs updating and repair. While the bed appeared to be clean and surfaces dusted, the carpet, light switches and doors were very dirty. The TV in the room didn't work (The cable going into the wall wasn't attached to anything). The deadbolt would not lock, which as a woman traveling alone, was unacceptable. I will say, the young man at the front desk who checked me in was very polite and as soon as I told him about the issue with my door, he grabbed his tool box and basically rebuilt my doorframe/jamb at 10pm.
I definitely would not stay here again and if I hadn't prepaid, I would have not stayed there this time.
