May be I overlooked the terms and condition. The whole family was so shocked that this "hotel" does not provide room housekeeping service. We lived at the Sky level (quite expensive as this is the relatively higher room type) for 5 nights, but the hotel would not change towels, would not clean trash bin, would not tidy bed sheets until we complained, then they bring us some towels and clear our trash bin 1 time during our stay. Still did not vacuum or clean the room or tidy our bed sheets, not even once during the 5 nights stay. Hardware is ok, location is nice but it was not a pleasant stay. Please set expectation as renting an apartment but not living in a hotel.
