The night we arrived, there was one car in the parking lot, and they put us on the third floor with their elevator out of service. So tired on arrival and late so attempted to cancel the second night through hotels.com and although the hotel did not have a working elevator, there was nothing hotels.com could do because of their nonrefundable policy. So beware, hotels.com does not require hotels to list such things on their website. Additionally, the next day we woke up and realized there was no remote and the phone didn't have a cable so had to go down 3 flights of stairs to request a remote and then come back up 3 flights of stairs without one because they had to look for it and had the gall to ask if we looked everywhere for it. Well duh, of course we did. They moved us to a different room a few doors down and it had a working phone, a remote but not a working heater so this time was able to call. Then someone comes up and asks if we want to stay in the old room with no remote. No, what I would like is to stay in a room where everything works. So, we moved rooms again and everything worked but had to listen to the toilet water run endlessly. No carts or vacuums used by any housekeepers in any of the rooms we passed by that were empty, including are previous room but with no elevator, how could they get all that stuff around. Moral of the story, don't book with hotels.com until they change this policy and never book this particular hotel.
