Room was lovely and clean. It was just a bit tired- kitchen units looked like they'd need replacing fairly soon, towel had a hole, tea towel was old. No loo brush. No spare blankets. The room was clean, kitchen was fully equiped, microwave too, ironing board and iron. White Stuff toileteries and hairdryer. We didn't use the parking, though there is a muti-storey Car Park adjacent. Central for city centre, 20min walk to Motorpoint Arena
