Not enough front desk help in the evenings. I asked for down pillows and towels and instead of being brought up to me I had to go downstairs and bring them up in a giant black heavy trash bag! I didn’t get any pillow cases and none of them were down. You have a handicap guy doing all the work and he can hardly get around! It’s really not cool to him or the people that stay there who need help. He was working very hard and is extremely kind!! You need more staff in the evenings!
