My room was very clean, private, and quiet—until the third night!! There was something that very loudly kicked on often, kept me awake or woke me up throughout the whole night…water heater? gas pipes? electric something?
I already addressed this when asking to evaluate my checking in. I am a senior citizen who struggles climbing stairs. I had to use four sets to go up or down. I wished I would have been asked about that, felt very unsafe to me. Somehow I believe seniors should be placed in rooms that require no stair climbing. And I saw some ground-floor level rooms. Along that same line of thought, it was extremely dark when I returned each night, a few light features, yet seemed to add to my insecurity about climbing the stairs!!
