We spent over 30 minutes at check-in because our room was hard to find and not well signposted. The receptionist couldn’t come with us to show the way, so it took us a while to locate it. Outside the room, there was construction and a lot of mud, and when the staff member brought the remote control, he accidentally tracked that mud into the room. He did clean it up afterward, which we appreciated. Still, the area outside was quite dirty, and it would be good if the hotel kept it cleaner. The room itself was comfortable once we settled in, but amenities were lacking. We couldn’t easily access the gym or the pool because they were too far away, and the hotel didn’t explain this well in advance. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but they need to improve directions and cleanliness around the property.

The property encompassed everything we hoped for and more; we were only able to stay for two days, and next time we will be back for longer. We stayed in the suites on the golf course, and the rooms were incredible. We played the Player course, and the greens were so well-kept! All of the food that we had on-site was incredible, specifically the Hunt Steakhouse! We will be back!
