Location is the only good thing

Location is superb, just a walk to Blanche metro. The hotel currently only one elevator works. There are no AC climate in the room. The water pressure in tap and shower constantly fails. Worst are some guests that organize late parties. Something that should get them frown out of the hotel immediately.
