Lovely hotel in a very convenient location. The service to keep your luggage after check out was very useful and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough. Lovely decor. I went in offseason so it was cheap.

We had a wonderful stay at Elite Plaza. There were three of us ladies annd we had our own rooms. Our rooms were the single bed and were perfect for us. The breakfast buffet on Sunday was fabulous. It did seem to get a little less with the service and foods as the days went on. It is in the perfect location. Close to the train and tram. Walked everywhere. Haga is very close by. We would definitely recommend this hotel! Staff was willing to answer all our questions!

I booked a room with Hotels.com, but when I checked in at 7 pm, there was no room available. Overbooked. I had to spend about an hour on the phone with Hotels to solve the issue. It usually works fine, but spending an hour to solve a problem that I haven't created isn't right.

This lovely hotel which we've stayed at once before in winter time is not the same in summer - unfortunately they suffer of severe heat issues and the first room we were allocated in was as a sauna. It was 20 outside and 26 in our room. Then the other services offered, such as the actual sauna, was out of order the entire stay. This was a shame since we really enjoy a sauna. The staff was friendly enough but not very helpful and in general the feeling of the spaces, services and staff would relate more to a 3-star hotel experience. The breakfast is still amazing as is the dining space interior.

Helt supert! Hotellet ligger sentralt og det er bare å ta en tur til alt man ønsker å besøke. Hotellet har sin egen restaurant. Vi har ikke spist middagen der, men frokosten var veldig bra uansett hva man ønsket å spise. Bygningen selv er historisk og veldig stilig. Alt i alt, en veldig god opplevelse.
