I love the front desk staff and housekeeping. Hilton Gardens Inn have the best people and I love staying there. This year the snow came in and they had workers plowing the sidewalks and the parking lot so quickly. My daughter & I have stayed there for the past two years and I love that hotel.

First, my key card stopped working *several* times, and wouldn't open either the pool access door or my room door, and second, I didn't receive wifi access until the day I checked out. What is going on, Hilton?!?
