The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom had been repaired, but was basically clean although there was no shampoo in the bottle in the shower for my first shower, but the cleaning person replaced it immediately. They need to work on customer service. No greeting from the front desk or friendliness any time I entered the hotel. At check in I was not told about WiFi or the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was sub-par even for these kind of offerings. Only regular coffee and powdered cream. Only decaf tea. Some cereal, lots of white bread, cooked food was plastic-like. Very unappealing. If they improved their customer interactions they would have a much better hotel.
