First of all the stuff did their best ,we went during the pv attack they keep us safe We didn’t get to enjoy all the things that the hotel had they closed the restaurants so we couldn’t try everything. The only thing that they had open was the buffet and this snack bar. But in the snack bar they run out of food fast Also my room had mold especially in the bathroom

Huge shoutout goes to buffet servers Miguel and Jesus, pool server Gladis, omelette maker Monica and concierge Leonel. Great family resort, consistent food throughout. Great location, close to downtown and the airport. Only complaints this year were the terrible wifi and hard beds but we will return with our family again.

Our second time visiting this resort. The staff is amazing. The rooms are old and dated but you don’t spend a lot of time in there so doesn’t bother me. The buffet has lots of options. The restaurants are delicious. Quick bus ride to the malecon to enjoy some local sights and eats.
