Horrible experience!

Impossible to rest! The noise in the room was constant from outside and inside. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room next to the loading and unloading area, 24 hours making noise. In addition to this the garbage truck compacted the garbage twice a day just meters from the window and to add to the discomfort the dragging of furniture on the upper floors was constant! I asked for a room change but was denied on the grounds that "we are full" for the level of room you had paid for. I offered to pay whatever they asked me to upgrade and and was also denied. Worst of all, a colleague made a reservation minutes after I was denied and they gave him a better room than the one he had! Horrible experience!! BTW, I do not need any "manager apologies" now you should have been there when I needed you! now your "help" is futile

Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com a última estadia realizada por meio da plataforma Hotels.com. No momento do check-in, por volta das 15h30, informei à atendente que não havíamos almoçado e que gostaríamos de realizar o procedimento com alguma agilidade. No entanto, o atendimento foi extremamente demorado. A funcionária interrompia o atendimento para conversar com colegas e chegou inclusive a atender uma ligação telefônica durante o processo. Em determinado momento precisei chamar sua atenção para que o atendimento fosse concluído. Outro ponto negativo foi a questão da internet. Reclamei da baixa velocidade da conexão e o atendente afirmou que eu era o único hóspede com essa reclamação. Um funcionário da manutenção foi ao quarto e alterou a rede, porém a velocidade continuou muito baixa. Ao relatar que o problema persistia, fui simplesmente ignorado, sem qualquer tentativa adicional de solução. De modo geral, os funcionários demonstraram pouca cordialidade durante a estadia. Em uma ocasião, chegamos ao hotel de madrugada com fome e solicitamos atendimento no restaurante. A atendente informou, sem demonstrar qualquer esforço ou preocupação com o atendimento ao hóspede, que demoraria para nos atender. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar. Além da pouca variedade, no domingo, ao comparecermos um pouco mais tarde, diversos itens não estavam sendo repostos devido ao movimento, o que comprometeu ainda mais a experiência.
