Everything was amazing (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast) except for one that almost ruined our stay. We had a terrible experience with the night shift shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport. We were so tired from a 16-hr flight and did not even bother to offer help loading our luggages. When we called him out, instead of apologizing, he had the audacity to blame us for not asking for help. And despite us deciding not to talk to him anymore, he kept explaining that he would have helped if we asked, obviously trying to still justify his laziness and poor customer service.
