The check-in lady at night was very nice, we got in at 9:45pm so it was straight to bed. The bed was clean, and comfortable, noticed it had been updated recently. In the morning turned the light to the bathroom to find bugs 🐜 and mold. The bathroom clearly hasn’t been renovated yet… When checking out the lady was very rude and not willing to talk about a refund, and said yeah we know we have bugs have been working on the problem… how are they still open for business?

The good part of the stay was that the hotel is pet-friendly, and the bed was comfortable. When I checked in, the employee told me that I had a balcony; however, when I went to the room, the window was about 4 feet off the ground. There was a nasty smell in the room, but I was able to open the window and air it out. It would have been nice if there was a screen on the window. The floor was filthy; my feet were black after walking from the bed to the bathroom. There was a slot in the bathroom vanity for a box of tissue, but it was empty. I know the hotel can't control other guests but at 3:21am a man and woman were arguing in the hallway. After that, there were a number of doors slammed.

Roach infestation

I stay at the hotel for the night and I killed about five roaches, I had one crawl over me in the middle of the night, I found out they were in the AC unit and then in the bedframe itself I stuffed tissues where I could so they wouldn’t crawl on me. I stayed up till about four in the morning and left at 8 am don’t stay here

I killed many "cockroach" type bugs in the room over the course of my 6 night stay. I stayed there around the same time the year prior and I did not have this issue. I will not stay there again. The staff that I interacted with during check in and when I had an issue with my keycard during my stay were outstanding. They were extremely friendly and helpful.

Really REALLY DIRTY!!!!

Once AGAIN something smashed on the BATHROOM FLOOR!! Why wasn't our room cleaned???
This nasty bug is smashed on the bathroom counter.... so smashed it looks like it could be part of it! What are these things??
This is something obviously stepped on or just smashed on the bathroom floor....the bathroom was not cleaned for us.... why?
I do belive that this is a booger.....snot..... mucus that carries many many many gems!! This goes into a kleenex,toilet paper or hell a napkin or even a paper towel!! I could keep going but I'm assuming it would be a waste of time.... DISGUSTING

I realize you're going through a remodel, but the room was not as clean as it was 2 weeks ago. There was trash in the waste basket and mustache hairs on the sink. I like your location and are pet friendly. I'll be back!

I drove for 14 hours and had another 14 hours to drive after not sleeping because my room was infested with cockroaches. A roach climbed on my drink and almost went into my mouth. There were roaches everywhere and I was denied a refund. Terrible customer service

Fair value at a lower price point.

The physical room was actually quite nice. It was spacious with nice floors. The bed was comfortable. The shower was disgusting but otherwise the bathroom was fine. I was next to the elevator and was awoken a couple times before 2 AM. There were 2 crickets in the room and it was cool but humid. As a place to sleep it could have been worse.

Good room, noisy guests.

The staff is friendly. My floor of guests were terribly noisy.A lot of noise in the hall until 12 am. The people next to my room called the front desk to complain about me when I asked them to be quiet at 2am and 3:15 am.
