First room they checked me into the toilet wasn’t working. My mother’s room the shower curtain rod was not even attached. The manager was noncompliant and rude when I approached her about the issues of my stay and wanted a credit. There was unsafe equipment in the breakfast area. Most of the staff could not even speak English, so they wouldn’t even talk to you if you had a question. My room was dirty in the bathtub and there was hair in the bed. The shower curtain was tattered and had holes. The breakfast food was disgustingly greasy un- cooked bacon. The male employee that checked me in was wearing a dirty playboy sweatshirt (what a horrible first impression).

Maria did a really good job of keeping plenty of breakfast items available to customers. The bed was comfortable and the area was quieter than expected being just off the highway overall it was a very good value and I plan on staying there again next time I’m visiting family in Oregon.

I booked a room that said it slept 5 and I indicated that there were 4 adults and a 15 year old. I got a room that was 2 queen beds and that is it. No pull out couch or chair to sleep the 5th person. I questioned at the front desk after seeing our room and they said no it was just a standard queen room, no couch. 30 or so minutes after checking in the front desk called to say that we could switch rooms and go to 1 that would accommodate all of us, but this was almost 1am and we had already unpacked, 1 was in the shower and 1 was already in bed. Thankfully we had a cot in our truck that we set up in the room.

At times I had to use my shoulder to ram open the door. It literally looks like a glorified motel six. The iron didn't work and even if it did , the bottom of it was all black , the breakfast at best was a five out of ten. The overall of the place is a one star that is not a $175 a night motel.That's at best a ninety nine or a hundred dollar a night hotel

We come to Woodburn often and have stayed here almost every time. This hotel has gotten worst and worst. Non of the gym equipment works, you have to use the towels the pool as the same for showering, the rooms are not updated and smell like pets, the breakfast is HORRIBLE and everything is cooked in a microwave. They leave a tip jar near the soggy eggs which feels rude especially for how HORRIBLE the food is. Parking is hard if you don’t come early. Nice part about the hotel is its convenience to the mall, restaurants, and freeway. The beds were very comfortable, but for these prices youre better off staying at the Holiday Inn and suits. The prices went up and quality of the hotel went down!
