Such a beautiful hotel with lovely reception staff. We booked a junior suite which had a great view of the gardens and lake. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Comfortable large bed. Great food in the restaurant in the evening. Very close to the ferry and lots of restaurants. 10 minute walk to the train station. Lots of options for walks along the lake to other towns and can get the bus or train back. Would definitely recommend staying in Uberlingen and this lovely hotel.

Das Hotel und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet abwechslungsreich und gut. Nur das Zimmer und die Einrichtung darin entsprach nach unserer Auffassung nicht dem geforderten Preis. Da es aber nur eine Nacht war, haben wir es so akzeptiert.

Beautiful hotel with great staff. The breakfast was excellent. Easily my favorite place I stayed in Germany! Being able to walk outside to so many restaurants and along the lake is great. There is some construction going on on the road right in front of the hotel that makes it a little more difficult to find. I called the front desk and they were very helpful with directions. Essentially you need to come in from the west, everything from the east side is too difficult.

Ich fand den Service des Hotels grottenschlecht. Ich bin davon ausgegangen, ein Hotelzimmer im Haupthaus zu haben mit Lift, wurde aber eines Besseren belehrt, dass ich immer Hinterhaus im zweiten Stock ohne Aufzug mein Zimmer vorfinde. Dies war in dem Angebot, das mir Expedia gemacht hat, nicht klar erkennbar. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Bad Hotel auch noch über ein Nebengebäude, das sicherlich auch vermietet wird. In den Vermietungsangeboten wird nicht klar darauf hingewiesen, welches Angebot für welches Haus gilt Haupthaus, Hinterhaus, Nebengebäude so geht das nicht.Ich selber hab eine Herzoperation hinter mir und soll in einem Hintergebäude sein ohne Lift, unvorstellbar. Der Rezeptionsbereich ist telefonisch kaum zu erreichen, was auch von einem schlechten Service zeugt.

Impressive hotel. Great location. Excellent car park. Superb breakfast. Took a room in the villa which was very comfortable. Only odd thing was, the external door doesn't appear secure. We were woken by a woman shouting at our door at 05.30. Hotel were totally unbothered by this & told us to call the police! Don't book the villa if you are woman travelling alone.

En ferie uge i meget varmt vejr. Ingen aircondition! Adgang til villa var besværlig - ud på offentlig vej for at komme over til morgenkaffe. Restaurant lidt speciel - skulle bede om at få kaffe til morgenmad -tjener på aften restaurant der bad os skælde ud på andre gæster- ikke vores job.

Wir kommen wieder.

Das Hotel ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Essen sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn es denn etwas zu kritisieren gibt, dann ist es die Qualität des Wlans. Langsam und instabil. Aber vielleicht soll man in so einem Hotel auch nicht ständig online sein. 😉 Kleiner Tipp am Rande, Weinkarte aktuell halten. Es ist nicht schön, wenn man Flaschenweine auswählt und zweimal den Bescheid erhält, leider ausgetrunken (aber in der Weinkarte nicht als solche bezeichnet.) Aber es ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und werden definitiv wieder vorbei kommen. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft! LG die Liechtensteiner
