We come here at least four times a year. This year was really bad. Service in the general store they’re very rude. The water was out was not hot and then was turned back on and then came out rusty. People were playing loud music we had called several times and we eventually just got up and left. They did not give a refund. We didn’t even stay the last night we went home.

We always enjoy the lodge. This time, I did notice a couple of blood stains on the comforter. I'm sure it had been washed but had a stain. The one thing that would be a nice upgrade would to to put the Television on the wall. It's veey low. They were very accomodating for a late check out. And, the beds are very comfortable.

The good: The staff seemed exceptionally courteous, polite and warm. Hard workers over Thanksgiving holiday. Great job. The store was generously stocked. Prices for food and drinks seemed downright cheap. The Bad: The Casino floor reeks of cigarettes and bad ideas. The 13th floor room smelled fine though. Not pet friendly, except service pets. The Ugly: Door key problems. Very frustrating. The pool is closed. Most escalators were out of service.

Check in was miserable. Took over half hour and then wouldn’t let me check in without my wife who wouldn’t be there for 2 more hours. Then when she arrived, line was over 45 minutes. The only two counter reps were at wits end and being very snappy..

Check in was smooth and the staff in every area was very nice. My main complaint is the bathroom. The floor and the bathtub had hair on it. The bathtub was not cleaned and had a slimy brownish ring around it. It was really gross.

Nasty ass hotel room

Dirty, room smelt like sewage chairs were stained and broken decor was from 1970's looked room and bathroom hadnt been cleaned since 1970. Doors didnr lock push open without keycard. Moved room within 1st hour. Ice mqchine didnt work on any floors had to biy ice bags and 1 ziploc back of ice per room per day from front desk smoking casino staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel room sucked. Never staying laughlin river lodge again.

Limited place to eat. A actual restaurant or 2 would be nice. Only food is pre-made and microwaved. Not real meals. You actually have to leave property for a real restaurant for decent food. Which is EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT! As location not walkable to other casinos that actually have returants you have physically drive to get food. Its called a resort? Noway shape or form is it a resort. No resort amenities. Majorty of rooms are VERY OUTDATED AND JUST NASTY! This place has a Major electrical problems. Was freezing whole time on casino floors. I was informed by a employee that it was kept COLD To keep the slot machines from overheating? In August
