When we arrived at the property around 10pm, we discovered that the room was very warm, and adjusting the thermostat did not help. There was no cool air coming out of the vents. We could not sleep this way. The desk clerk sent my husband to another room to check it out. too hot, AC wasn't working. After four other rooms. we were forced to take the first room and use a fan placed in the window in order to sleep comfortably. The next day, the manager moved us to a cooler room on the next floor up and refunded our money for the previous night. She was so helpful and understanding, that even though we had a rough start, the staff and the manager did everything in their power to make our stay a pleasant one. The room was clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful, parking was a breeze, and breakfast was pretty good with lots of options.
