The outside looks run down but the rooms are smoke free and super clean which is what I am most concerned about when checking in. I did not have breakfast but it looked like what was typically offered at hotels

Comfortable Motel

Especially like that the exit from the room is directly to the outside. Clean, updated room. Breakfast is adequate but nothing to write home about. I have stayed here each return trip to AR over the last 15 years. Consistently a comfortable place to stay at a reasonable rate.

Beds are very comfortable, pillows were wonderful and not hard. Staff was great! The water seemed pretty soft, the shower was one of the best I've used at a hotel. Didn't feel like you were under a faucet, it had a wide shower head. Breakfast was good.

Room had everything microwave, refrigerator desk table chairs tv with a huge selection of channels. Thought the lobby are could use a bit of cleaning up. I’d go back.in fact I will in April.

This had to be the cleanest hotel room I've ever been in. The bathroom was spotless. The room wasn't large but was very cute. We'll definitely stay there the next time we're traveling that way.
