Very convenient and interesting downtown hotel. The VIP lounge was okay, needed restocking. FYI - there were lots of guests from a cruise ship staying here, and they all had to get their bus at the same time, which made for some chaos on the elevators, lobby & lounge. Our room had a bidet toilet- very cool!

Overall, the stay was fine. Only issues was the person that checked me in was rude and didn't tell anything about what the hotel offered. And there was food in the mini fridge from the pervious guest and hair on the edge of the tub.

Welcoming staff. Lovey upgrade and small gift for our anniversary. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Club lounge meant free breakfast (sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, toast, cereal and a selection of snacks in the evening as well as water and soft drink all day until 8pm. Great location.

Clean spacious room, large bathroom with a bidet, yeah! They even provided nice and comfortable slippers for use while staying there. Would stay there again if my stay required to be downtown Seattle, as it was walking distance to a lot of things. Staff was very friendly, especially the bellstand.

I enjoyed the room (unfortunately no microwave or onsite laundry ) , just be careful with accepting free upgrades he was going to charge me the upgraded price but I caught it. Next couple days had over $185 worth of unauthorized charges from the hotel. Staff did not catch it .. I had to bring it up they said it was an error and thxs for catching that .. they said they would release it ,called in the next morning manager states it was not released. Just weird and quite frankly horrible customer service.

It was super clean and comfy, the staff were soooooo nice. My only complaint is I would get sooooooooo hot in the middle of the night I had a hard time sleeping. I opened the windows turned off the ac/heat unit. And I would wake up a couple hours into the night drenched in sweat.
