Great location, great beach, nice views. The service was terrible apart from a few employees. Almost like they didn’t want any guests. A good hotel for doing nothing and just staying all inclusive. Fort Amsterdam was beautiful. Manager Sandra was very helpful.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay at the Divi Resort.Our room was clean and spacious.The resort is well maintained and secure.We enjoyed all 3 pools and the scenic Little Bay beach.It was a relaxing vacation.

The room was clean and the property well kept. The beach was excellent and service on the beach setting up the chairs and umbrellas was excellent. Only one towel per person was ridiculous. Its an all-inclusive. The all-inclusive was not worth the money. When I purchased the vacation, they only had one level of all-inclusive. When I got to the property, they had two levels. The Pure Ocean restaurant was mediocre at best. We ate out most nights. Gizmo and Slice were pretty good. Drinks were terrible. The concierge was terrible. Only interested in selling us a time share. She didn't have a list of restaurants on the island. We asked for restaurants in Marigot and she said she never goes there. We would return to the property without the all-inclusive.

The rooms were great, the all inclusive was as promised. Concierge was helpful getting us off resort entertainment like snorkeling with turtles and atv rides. Pricing on amenities not covered by all inclusive was reasonable. Resort staff was great with special requests.

I purchased this package specifically for the ocean view and full kitchen. We did not get an ocean view but a view of a road in front of us and some foliage and a building. Very disappointing. Had a patio to use but anyone going by on the road saw us, no privacy. No balcony as advertised, to see these amazing views. I asked the front desk and they said this is what you get. No view from inside the suite as windows small and had shutters. Kitchen was compact, but had everything to make a meal, but was very dark to see while making a meal. Only had a small under the counter light that got very hot while in use and did not illuminate very far plus the fridge blocked a portion if the window that would allow light in. More lighting in the kitchen is a must. Living room, bedroom and bathroom were good but again no views. The back of the suite had glass frosted blocks to allow some light but no view. The big major restaurant with cheaper meals called Seabreeze was closed for renovations. No shuttle into Philipsburg, either walk which we did or take a taxi. Also most restaurants in Philipsburg close by 5 pm.

The hotel itself is nice, the rooms was clean with amazing views. The resort was under construction. The on the grounds staff is very friendly and nice. The beach is great with umbrellas amd chairs for the guests. HOWEVER! The rest was very corporate and scammy. Upon arrival we got hussled over to the concierge desk for a parking pass and were held hostage as we were pressured into timeshare attendance and trips (super over priced The restaurants are VERY bad, at the grade of a microwave TV dinner but with high end prices (everything seems like its reheated/defrosted right before serving). The hotel is isolated so you must have a car to leave.

Beautiful property, fantastic beach resort was extremely clean.Staff were very kind and helpful. The food at both gizmo's beach bar and the mix rooftop restaurant was exceptional. I would highly recommend visiting mix on barbecue night.

My birthday vacation was one for the books! The resort is nice the ocean view and location of my room was spectacular! I would recommend giving Divi Little Bay Resort a try. Don’t get talked into a timeshare seminar of 90 minutes that the only drawback. Vee and Lou the bartenders at Gizmo’s were kind and attentive and please be sure the ask about Gizmo the more than 40 year old parrot name for the place that roams and rules the place.

Las vistas estaban muy bonitas y las piscinas también. La habitación grande pero no moderna y bastante percudido el baño, no me dieron las vistas que figuraba en mi reservacion. Tuve una muy mala experiencia, el personal de recepción me dijo que al final de mi estadía me darian mi beneficio VIP que lo había conseguido a través de Expedia. Era un descuento de $80 en mi consumo durante mi estadía. No me lo dieron, reclamé a Expedia porque incluso yo había pagado el servicio de protección de mi viaje, y respondieron que el hotel tenía sus normas y que ellos no podían hacer nada. Fue una falta de respeto enorme porq ese beneficio me lo he ganado por las muchas reservaciones que he sacado a través de Expedia. Muy decepcionada .
