Estou nesse exato momento no hall de entrada do hotel, não puder entrar no quarto, porque os atendentes me disseram não haver quartos disponíveis. Sim, as 16:00 hrs e eles dizem não ter quartos disponíveis. O checkin começa às 14:00 Apesar disso, vários hóspedes já chegaram e foram alocados. Somente eu estou esperando aqui, sendo humilhada e constrangida, mesmo com tudo pago certinho.
