The location and amenities are great, but they are so far behind on upkeep. Staff are ok but seem over stretched.

The pools are wonderful, the hotel could use an update and it would be nice to have robes in the room for the amount of people indicated on a reservation. But the pools are magic and staff are kind :)

The chlorine levels in the pools are extremely high. After soaking there, my skin became so irritated that I had to see a doctor. If you have sensitive skin, I would strongly recommend avoiding the pools here.

New owners are finally taking down the wall paper and ripping up carpet from the 80s in the room (except the closet-not sure why they left it?). Smells so much less stuffy!

4/10 Fair

Room felt old and lacked finess. Our stay was just average. Compared to other hotels we have stayed at this one feels run down. The hot pools weren’t as nicely kept as they used to be and no pool towels were available and no signs telling us where to get them. Had to wait in line at the reception in our robes waiting for towels. The stay was average. Bed was comfortable.
