Good stay location for JFK Airport transfer

Staffs are friendly and very convenient to go to hotel and return back to JFK airport by using its shuttle bus service.

We stayed for 10 hours on an overnight layover from JFK. The staff was nice and the shuttle was helpful to and from federal circle. The rooms are very old and it was loud from the outside noise. Wouldn’t stay there for any other reason than a layover but it was fine for a bed and shower.

Very clean but NOT accessible!

You need to take steps down into the dining area in order to access the hallway and elevator. This means carrying your luggage down and up several steps on arrival and departure.

We had a reservation and we got in about 11 o’clock at night. In order to get to the elevator, we had to go down a flight of stairs, and apparently the elevator for someone in a wheelchair was not operating so we had to carry our bags down this flight of stairs to get to the elevator.

Comfortable Beds

I Stayed with my family for one night. It’s a good place to rest if you have a connecting flight the next day. It’s not a luxurious hotel, but it was very convenient for us. It had places to eat and to buy food nearby. The beds were really comfortable! And we had good WiFi service and the shuttle service was also good.

The TV was broken. The ice machine was broken. The mirror in the room was broken. That hotel is BROKEN! The room needs a deep clean and remodel.

I had requested a room on an upper floor and was told there were none available. The walls are very thin and I could hear loud voices well after 1 am. The cheap furniture and finishes were worn and shabby. There was only 1 plug that was accessible to charge phones etc.

The night receptionist needs to let people use elevator to take luggage to lower level. When we arrived she said we had to use steep stairs, NO elevator. She said that area where elevator was a storage closet! On our return the bus driver showed us the elevator. Don’t lie to the guests and say you need to use stairs which are us safe with large suitcase. We did enjoy our stay and will return to your hotel when going to JFK.

Ours was a brief overnight stay. The hotel was much better than what we expected that close to JFK airport. The breakfast next morning was beyond my expectation and the breakfast staff were very nice and efficient.

1. Receptionist didn't guide properly for airport shuttle from jfk to hotel. 2. Hotel is noisy with no sound proofing whatsoever. 3. In name of breakfast the have toast and butter and waffle batter. They dont restock stuff for breakfast. 4. Airport shuttle is limited seats and only runs once a hour, so if they are full or you miss it, you gotta wait.
