J' ai trouvé le matelas trop mou mais ma famille dans une autre chambre l' a trouvé confortable. Le personnel m'a réveiller en entrant dans la chambre au petit matin.chasse d'eau qui siffle pendant 5 minutes après l' avoir tiré.douche qui passe du chaud au froid, lumière de la salle de bain qui s'éteint et se rallume. Bruit dans les couloirs la nuit.

Accueil à l'arrivée parfait

Fortement déçus par le petit déjeuner théoriquement prévu jusque 10h30 le dimanche, à peine 10h et plus de pain, plus de viennoiserie ... Chambre pas prête à 18h avec check in déjà effectué le matin même, je demande une autre chambre (désolé Mr nous sommes complet) 1h30 plus tard je retourne voir, je vous propose une chambre avec 4 petits lits au 5eme etage sans ascenseur sous les toit, Chambre tres bruyante (vélux) départementale au pied de l’hotel. La pauvre personne à l’acceuil se fait crié dessus par chaque client (problème de carte de chambre, problème de réservation, chambre pas prête…)
