The hotel was quaint and served it purpose however I was disappointed to find excess local tax charges on my bill. Also, on the morning of checout I was charged for an extra day and also have a charge on my credit card that is not reflected on my receipt. The cost exceeds what was offered at time of booking. I will never use Hotels.com again

Very disappointed

The hotel room was not a suite and it wasn't how it was advertised. The room was very small and in the picture it showed the room was separated from the bedroom.The breakfast was heavy on the seasoned and it made my blood pressure up. Plus it was supposed to be free parking and it wasn't

Buen hotel, pero no debería cobrar estacionamiento

La limpieza y confort del hotel, en general, es buena. El desayuno bufet también fue bueno. Sin embargo, un aspecto que podrías mejorar es el cobro del estacionamiento del auto. Nos pareció excesivo, toda vez que el estacionamiento no estaba ocupado ni en un 15%, y además por la ubicación, era necesario que tuvieras que utilizar el carro para ir a las zonas más turísticas y volver a pagar parking.

Now that's hospitality!

The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. I had some issues with a package that was supposed to be delivered to the hotel and they were on it keeping me informed on the delivery and helping reroute the package when it arrived after I left. The hotel itself was quite lovely. Would absolutely stay there again.
