My stay was only for one night but had I needed to stay longer I probably would not have stayed here. The bed was not confortable and the breakfast was just okay. My main concern was the toilet. The seat was very loose and the toilet itself was very low to the ground. For a larger person this was difficult to manage. The outside would probably benefit an update and the grounds better taken care of. The hotel met my purpose of a place to sleep while in town for a show.

Outdated, and down right hole in the wall. From the rude staff, and musty smelling rooms with broken furniture I’d say this was hardly worth half of what I paid. Towels with hair dye on them, and dove shower product bottles with generic soaps in them instead. Every single light fixture in the hallways are either broken or misaligned. If you’re booking with a 3rd party company best of luck to you because they will treat you like a dog. The head manager is too busy pushing her own real estate business onto guests to bother putting any time or funding into the property that employs her. Literally had a group of truckers smoking cigars in the dining hall area after 9pm…. I thought this was a non smoking facility? Oh and bear in mind they do not accept cash, and they add an additional $50 deposit fee upon check in that you get back once you check out. My transaction is still pending after 2 days, so maybe i can post a positive update. Smh. What a joke. Guests beware!!!!

Very dissapointed. The mini refridgerator in room needed to be defrosted. It a kept making noise. I thought the noise was coming from outside, but no, it was the refridgerator in our room. As the night went on, it kept getting louder. We unplugged it around 4am, but, that was too late. Our sleep was ruined. Also, the batteries for the channel changer were held in by a piece of tape!! Lastly, there is a huge hole in the curtains in the dining area where we ate breakfast. Very unslighly and it reflects poorly on the facility. We checked in on the 11th and left on the 12th. Not the 10th as it says on the form.

Shows its age. Property charged me $50 more than Expedia said. Definitely not worth 200 a night any night. Bed was comfortable and shower felt excellent. Pool was cold and dingy looking.

The rooms ac worked great. Staff was little rude when we first got there, we were on a 4 1/2 hour road trip and got in around 915 with a two year old and someone complained about noise and the silent time was 10 to 8, so I found that to be somewhat interesting. Other than that it was a good time.

We were in Rm 125. The room next door was the electrical room. Every 2 minutes some pump motor, maybe, tried to come on 5,6,7 times, every 2 minutes. Once in a while it got lucky and stayed on for maybe 10 seconds. We could hear it in the shower, with the water running. I thought of calling the desk on the room phone to let them hear it, but that wasn't working. The clerk at checkout said she had worked there 2 years and never knew of a problem. I told her to spend 6 minutes in the room to aquaint herself with the motor rescued from the engine room of the Titanic. The room was clean, though. The hotel was fully booked. Guess we were the last ones to make a reservation.

Indoor pool was nice. Room cleanliness was ok. Rug desperately needs to get shampooed as does hallway rug. Bathroom was clean. Tea & coffee 24/7 in lobby but no creamers at night. Pet friendly so you’ll hear an occasional dog bark. Location good, close to restaurants, stores etc . . . Did not try breakfast.

Surprise fee!!

Everything was fine except I was surprised about the $50 fee for what they call “incidentals” in the room or any damages that might occur. I never had this fee before, and we’ve stayed there a few times.
