Hotel let us check in after usual check-in time due to our flight being delayed which was very much appreciated! Stayed 5 nights and did not do much more in the hotel than sleep but there were consistently fresh towels whenever we came back and the room was clean. Would recommend for doing Universal on a budget because it is very much in walking distance from CityWalk

None of the Amenities I paid for where available. The front desk area looked like I was in a crack hotel. The first room I was given had no working TV or Refrigerator. The Second room we could not close the bathroom door because it was getting stuck at the bottom and I did not want to break it. Horrible experiences.

Quarto confortável, com aquecedor, água para banho excelente. Todo dia trocaram nossas toalhas. Tivemos problemas para abrir a porta quase todos os dias mas eles prontamente resolviam. Recepção 24h. Localização excelente. Voltaremos com certeza. Ótimo custo benefício.

A limpeza diária, localização, quarto bem OK para a quantidade de estrelas. Pontos negativos, no checkin a equipe foi muito pouco receptiva, na minha estadia o hotel estava passando por reforma, fiquei no primeiro andar e não tinha elevador.

hotel was dead. no vehicles. hardly anyone, looked like it was closing down or someone bought it???? the super 8 signs were covered. hotel very old. but not too bad. floor need to mopped. definitely needs to be refurbished. okay though for the price in the area.

When we got there the property looked closed with the signs covered. They're are changing ownership. The pool was super dirty and closed. The bathrooms are dirty and tubs are nasty. The pictures they have are when they open i guess. Not what you see in the pictures at all.

TV didn’t work, room was filthy, no bus transportation to nearby parks, the area was seedy and unsafe, and the electronic door locks didn’t work and a stranger almost got into my room. This place is HORRIBLE. Avoid at all costs.

Estacionamento privativo, você pega uma autorização na recepção ao realizar o login. Tudo foi fácil, desde o check-in até o check-out, o único lado ruim é que não conseguíamos falar com ninguém para solicitar um cartão de "não perturbe" para deixar na porta, então o quarto era sempre limpo.

La habitación limpia, agua caliente, lugares cerca para comer, pero la entrada sucia al igual que la piscina. No había personal que hablara español aunque el empleado explicó muy bien y se preocupo de que lo entendiera.

This hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. So incredibly rundown and missing so many elements of a standard motel, even if it is a budget option, the standards should be at least met at an acceptable level.
