The onsite spa has 10 treatment rooms including rooms for couples and outdoor treatment areas. Massages are available on the beach and in the spa; other services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, and Swedish massages. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, and reflexology. The spa is equipped with a sauna and a hot tub.

Good property, attention to guest services has come down, we have been here four years in a row, this year, the food was horrible, Japanese Hibachi was good, chef Henry was really good entertaining the table.

This property is great. I stayed on the family side with my 16 year old daughter. The amenities are top notch. The staff especially Ronaldo (bellman) and Beinvenido (main buffet) were amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. 5 stars!

The changes has made the experience terrible. Specially for people like me that was a regular for Hilton. The food has changed for the worst. The quality has gone down. I vacationed here with my family for 6 consecutive years, but will definitely NOT go back.

We enjoyed the privacy and cleanliness of the property, most of the dinning experiences were great, with the Spice Market" being very impressive for a buffet. The "exclusive" Grill Restaurant for VIP guests we disappointing. However many of the other restaurants were great. For the most part the staff was very friendly, we will go back.
