overall stay suitable for American

this is one of my bad experience in hotel stay in recent years. 1) lack of basic things for personal use in bathroom, although i did not go to front desk to ask but i think they should put one set (at least) in the bathroom for ready to use. 2) the water flow extremely low, i take the shower like bathing under the rain outside, water pressue far away from standard in the bathroom, i know many place in American will be the same in order to save the water but it was too too slow flow. 3) no one fix the room will be bad, no one to through away the rubbish daily even. 4) grab and go breakfast unacceptable, not even a table for guest to set and eat, and the breakfast we can take is only 2 kinds of fruit, 2 kinds of muffin (or similar), coffee and tea, nothing more. 5) pricewise is not far cheaper than nearby hotel (i stayed before) but they will offer at least all the basic things. sorry, i think i will not come back if not improve all situations.

飯店接待人員非常親切,房間寬敞舒服,廚房實用,附近購物方便,交通便利,但以下缺點讓我對他大打折扣1.附近商店發電機太吵 2,我住在大廳樓上,視野有一半被大廳外的門廊屋頂擋住,而且可以聞到樓下傳陣陣煙味 3. 地毯老舊,廚房清潔度差,我們住了超過十天 ，期間飯店有提供一次清潔,廚房完全沒有清理,爐嘴滿是油垢 而且本來我想給他4.0的評分,但廚房印象及樓下煙味,讓我只能給他3.0, 但下次住宿我仍會選擇Extended Stay American,只是不是這一家

建議入住時先檢查房間是否打掃過

我的房間並未在入住之前被清理。一開始僅發現冰箱下層有未用完的食物，及浴室水槽有一些頭髮和未用盡的香皂，本不以為意，想説打掃的人粗心大意，等到洗完澡準備上床睡覺時，翻開看起來整理的很好的床罩及被單時，赫然發現被單和床單上有幾根頭髮，4個枕頭都有睡過的頭皮味，實在太出乎意料，還好櫃檯當晚值班的小姐幫忙找乾淨的床單被單及枕頭，才度過第一個夜晚，隔天雖然請她們清潔房間，但印象大打折扣。之後住了一個星期，雖然房間裡一直有一些味道，整體而言cp值還算高，主要是飯店地點不錯，附近就有兩家超市，房間的小廚房很好用，雖然排水管不是這麼順暢，另離高速公路近， 距Seattle及Bellevue約20幾公里，算相當方便。

After we had a cancelled flight from Baltimore to Seattle and had to take the next flight 12 hours later we had to check in to ESA hotel around midnight. Their computer systems were down while they sent their figures to headquarters from 12 midnight til 3AM so the clerk could not check us in till 3:00 am. Asked if we could use the bathroom while we waited and was told that the only bathrooms were in the rooms. I will never stay here again even though we have before!

Don’t waste your money here

Terrible parking, signs of unhoused people, didn’t feel safe parking there. Arrives to check in, had to wait around for 10-15 minutes as worker was gone to store. No ice machines, has a kitchenette but you have to go request dishes and supplies from front desk. Not a place I want to pay that price for, nor ever start again.

The property was clean and quiet. The hotel offers the bare minimums. Booking a room with a kitchen, I was surprised to open the cabinets and they were empty! I had to request dishes! They did not include a wash cloth/sponge for cleaning and when I went to use the stove only 1 of the 2 burners worked. Breakfast is very minimal and I would not call it breakfast. There is not a hair dryer, lotion, hair conditioner…it is bare minimum and felt very cheap. I will not stay here again. It did not meet my needs.

Never again

The check in guy was not friendly, obviously hates his job. The elevator is filthy and sounds very unsafe especially going up, terrible. Breakfast was lame too. No coffee on first morning until I asked. The Manager Lady, she was nice and accommodating. Will spend the extra money and stay somewhere else next visit. Just being honest, not trying to be mean.

Checked in late 1 AM, during night audit claimed that we were a no-show and they didn’t have a reservation for us. An hour and a half of trying to figure out where to stay, finally went back at 2:30 AM. Night audit was over and they had a room for us. Not clean, not comfortable, and oh yeah the elevator was broken.
