Me and my husband did an overnight stay here while going to a concert in Toronto. The hotel staff was very friendly, the check-in process was so easy and even though the hotel itself is slightly dated, everything in the hotel was ridiculously clean. The bed and pillows were a 10/10 and so was their restaurant, Doc Magilligan's. We might have stayed longer if we knew they had a state of the art golf simulator in the lobby, but we will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Niagara!

Victoria est un ange. Elle donne un excellent service. Les chambres autour de la piscine laisse a désirées. Tu sens beaucoup trop l'humidité de la piscine dans les chambre et si comme moi tu es sensible au odeur, je n etais pas capable respirer et les tapis et lit apnt humide avec un air conditionnelle douteux pas terrible. Elle nous a transféré dans wow une suite super beau le dernier soir transféré dans une autre chambre au 2e la plus dessu j avais l impression d etre dans une crotte. Decos fonce plafond bas.il y a vraiment une grosse différence entre les chambres. Une remise a jours dans les decors serait bien. Surtout pas de tapis dans les chambres pret des piscines. En plus ma premiere chambre avait une porte avec un jeu d'aire de 2cm tout le tour. Le resto de l'hotel excellent et le service impeccable

An excellent alternative

This was an excellent alternative to all of the hotels downtown, more expensive with more difficult parking and much less quiet. The immediate area is not as great as it seems (I counted 6 homeless people just between the hotel and the closest street intersection!), but it somehow still remains quiet (a LOT more quiet than downtown!). It is more or less walkable to the city's attractions, but there are plenty of parkings at just $10-15 per day downtown, so it's not a big problem. It's worth it if you can get it for $30-40 less than downtown hotels. The room was all okay, the central part of the hotel is absolutely fantastic (pool, spas, terrace, arcade room, children playgrounds, TVs to watch sports, etc.), the hotel restaurant is awesome as well... My only turnoff was the $20 parking charge. It's not even a closed parking with à gate, it's all open with McDonald's and Pizza Hut! It's ridiculous to charge for that, especially at this price even higher than downtown parking fées! Overall, a very good choice that we may choose again next time.

A great family stay

Great place to stay for the price although you will have to drive or take the bus down to Clifton Hill or the falls. Very clean, kids loved the courtyard playground, arcade, and pool. Very clean, the only recommendation I would have is for them to clean the windows on the roof and around the courtyard and it would have a more premium feel. Lots of food options in the area, grocery store, dollar store, and drug store. Staff was always very pleasant and helpful. Beds are comfortable but the pillow cases are synthetic hydrophobic material which is not terrible but not the most comfortable. Rooms are clean, tvs are big, bathrooms are small and dated but nice. Parking is worth the $20 a night, there are cameras everywhere in the lot.

Good stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was busy and kids coming out has burning red eyes from the extreme levels of Chlorine so we opted out of swimming. The pub attached had great food and even live music on the night we stayed. It was enjoyable. Parking was easy. Area was a bit sketchy. We watched some people smoke some crack out front which was a little concerning. Some of the items in the hotel room were dated and there was something wrong with the iron but front desk staff gladly switched it out for me. Decent stay and better price than staying at the falls for sure. Would stay again.

Great stay at this hotel. If stairs are a challenge do not book the pool atrium rooms, there are no elevators. The hotel sent staff to help carry up our bags. The main building rooms have elevator access.

Other Best Westerns have free coffee in the lobby, this one doesn't. The staff was kind when I inquired about non-dairy milk and creamer, and I was surprised that they have nothing.
