Luxury hotel in a superb location

The hotel itself it’s incredibly beautiful, with luxury touches and noble marbles wherever you look. The bell boys are impeccable, always with a warm smile and ready to help with luggage, opening the doors or calling a cab. The front desk staff is as attentive, with great restaurants suggestions. The room is spacious, with great beds and luxury linens. I just had higher hopes for the breakfast, which was a bit limited, mostly in healthier options, and without a hot menu to choose from aside the buffet. The location is unbeatable, close to amazing restaurants, shops and few steps away from Via Veneto, Trevi and the Piazza di Spagna

Defo Not a 5 Star - You’ll be disappointed

Hotel was ok, breakfast very poor and no mention of needing long trousers on the booking site or hotel information which meant we couldn’t attend the Roof Top Bar, and another restaurant. Only reason I booked this was for the Roof Top and being a 5 Star Hotel - which it definitely wasn’t. The Carpet on the step down to Breakfast was manky and ripped/frayed on the edge which made it a trip hazard!!!

I only rate this hotel a B because I have stayed at their sister hotel in Paris an it is an amazing property with A+ services. And I certainly believe they could do better! Although this property is beautiful, the service is not consistent. The gentlemen who work the front desk are attentive and welcoming but the women are not. That said, I had a good stay and enjoyed the ambiance at Adele.
