Hello, I am extremely dissatisfied with my accommodations on 12/29/25. Upon entering the shower, I discovered hair on the shower wall and water backing up in the tub when taking a shower. I was switched to another room where the room was clean, but I had the same problem with water not going down properly while taking a shower. This is very frustrating because I'm a patient at the Mayo Clinic, and after a long day of appointments and treatments, this is the last thing you want to be dealing with - a dirty hotel room and switching rooms. I'm very disappointed. I did talk to management, and all they could offer was a discount on my next room. I will never be coming back to this hotel. Hampton Inn, you need to do better, especially if you're going to be accommodating cancer patients. It's not about the money; it's about the cleanliness of your hotel. It's very important for cancer patients to be in a clean environment.
