There was no pre check-in email sent by the property in advance of our reservation so we didn't know what room was ours, nor how to enter the room. Thankfully there was a cleaning staff member on site who was able to help us by contacting management. If she had not been here, we would have been stranded. This is something the hotel should address, as it's a bad experience for guests. Otherwise the room is very sufficient. Thanks!
