Heat did not work in room. Was unaware until after returning from a holiday party. No staff at front desk after 10 pm and was unable to be assisted with this. Traveling with 2 small children and had to stay there with no heat, no help, due to this being the only hotel in town. Very disappointing.

We waited 45 minutes to check in. There was a sign at the desk be right back. When the young lady did arrive she was very friendly and helpful. No breakfast because they had no one working . No ice machine working. But the hotel was very peaceful, clean and very comfortable. Despite the wait time and short staff we will stay again

The carpets were dirty part of the bathtub was dirty. Hot tub was out of order and they didn't have an ice machine. Clerk at the desk said they renovated the whole hotel the downstairs rooms looked nicer than upstairs rooms.

A lot of the amenities such as the pool and breakfast were closed down. The hotel was as expected, it did not impress but did not have bed bugs so I would say it was a good stay! Would stay again if I had to.

Always have a wonderful stay, the staff is really nice and try hard to make things wonderful. This is a older hotel and with that comes lots of character. They are slowly renovating rooms so be patient with them. Small town with a cute hotel.
