Hotel is dirty and we were unable to get housekeeping service during our entire stay. We asked daily for service and hot nothing. On the last night the gentleman at the front desk came to the room to bring towels and empty the trash. We asked why there was not trash can in the bathroom. A few minutes later he brought a bucket for us to use for trash as if we were livestock.
Mr Patel at the front desk offered us a credit for one night when we checked out but for some reason the people at Hotels.com will not give us the credit. They have been useless during this situation.

Charged Twice for the Same Stay
I have been charged twice for this stay. A charge of $96.68 paid to Hotels.com was posted on my charge card on April 16, 2025. On April 23, 2025 a second charge was posted on my charge card for $68.36 payable to Best Western of Williamsburg. Which of you will issue a refund?

The Taqueria attached to the hotel was really great. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly.
