We have stayed here before, enjoy the room,. Ac is great, love the kitchen option and bed is comfortable. Only complaint was internet connection was off and on and we were here partially for work. Apparently has been on going issue for months so should’ve been taken care of in my opinion. Pool and hot tub is great outside of some of the staff. They are 3rd party and was quite unprofessional possibly drunk or on something! Was terrible experience. I don’t want this to take away from the hotel itself. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed the room .

The courtyard with tropical trees, small pool, and tiki theme restaurant was wonderful, we loved it. The front desk staff and house keepers were all friendly and very helpful. This building looked very old, but well maintained. Our room had newer kitchen and fridge, good for a long stay. No hidden charge at the check out, exactly as explained at the time of booking.

The property was was very clean. The service was top notch. The gentleman at the front desk I believe his name was Mike when we first got there was very nice. Lovely was also very kind. There was a snafu about the booking dates. We had booked it in 2024 for 2025, however, the hotel booked us for 2024 and marked us as a no-show. I called hotels.com where we booked, and they straightened everything out for us. We were allowed to put our luggage in a safe room to be picked up before our flight, which we really appreciated. But the staff could be a little bit more friendly when hotel guest were entering and leaving the hotel.

The room I stayed in was pretty nice. It lacks the polish of other hotels near the beach, but it was still very enjoyable. The main thing to pay attention to is that they lack adequate parking. Make sure you reserve parking WELL in advance.

Great location great hotel!

Absolutely great place in the heart of Waikik maybe a little bit dated but I really couldn't have asked for anything more from this placei very friendly staff the restaurant and bar area are a separate business from the hotel and they don't open until 5:00 p.m. but couldn't have been any more friendlier some of the best food I've ever had at Sam's kitchen! The pool and hot tub worked out great would definitely stay here again
