The reception staff was very friendly, the security was 10/10, and the price was great. The only thing I didn't like was that the shower water felt incredibly soapy; I thought my husband was joking, but he wasn't. I don't know what's in the shower water, but it feels like soap, and because of that, my husband had an itchy rash all over his body and couldn't sleep. We thought it was the bed, but I think it was the water.

Staff were nice when we checked in. Unfortunately, we were given a room with a queen bed instead of a king as requested when I made the reservation. However, when we came down to grab breakfast, the containers were empty. When I asked if the containers were getting refilled, the receptionist said upset “in a minute”! We never came back down.

Our stay was ok. We had issues checking in for some reason. The worker had to call corporate but got it figured out. Then our room key work when we got to the room. Had to get it fixed again. Then the keys wouldn’t work the next day again. There was food all over the side of the fridge. The room was newer but felt cheap. There was no box spring in the mattress. Only a cheap frame and cheap spring mattress. Probably won’t stay there again.

The staff was awesome. The floor in the room was very dirty as evidenced by the bottom of my socks. The "breakfast" was a joke. It consisted of coffee, instant grits, granola bars, a few pieces of fruit and yogurt. The fruit and yogurt ran out very quickly. The poor breakfast will influence my decision to stay here again.

++SERIOUS HUMIDITY ISSUES HERE++ ++PLEASE READ++ Staff was fine but room smelled sooooo horrible I sprayed 1/2 bottle of body spray just to make it tolerable!! I believe there is a severe humidity problem. It was so bad we had to keep our socks on because the floors had some kind of sticky film. I had to use towels to put between my body and the sheets (front and back) because the sheets were so damp. I went to the desk and Brandon changed rooms for me but that room smelled even worse!! I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND investing in de-humidifiers for this hotel. I paid online in advance or I would have gotten a refund and went next door to Days Inn. If I could have afforded to just take the loss and pay for another room somewhere else I would have. This was the most horrible hotel stay I’ve ever had. Brandon tried to help but this is an issue outside of his control. And to ice the cake…. “Breakfast” consisted of a choice between a granola bar or instant grits in a cup!!!

We stopped in here on a road trip for a last minute stay. It was incredible value (just over £50) for a hotel night, and the guy at the welcome desk was super welcoming and helpful. The breakfast wasn't quite a breakfast, just a bowl of fruit, some grits in a packet and granola bars. Fair enough for such a cheap hotel, but sharing just in case future customers read "free breakfast" and imagined a more plentiful affair.

The Staff are the greatest Hotel Workers, and are always RIGHT THERE to help you with whatever you may need help with. I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR ANYONE VACATIONING IN THE DAYTONA BEACH AREA !!!
