Very spacious resort, lots of amenities. Room key cards regularly deactivated, which is one of the reasons for the low rating. Whe showering the washroom gets soaked. Room was clean and spacious. The beach was nice and always enough sun loungers. Buffets were nice with a lot of variety. À la cartes were, just book early as th fill up quickly.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Iberostar Waves Dominicana. it was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The bed was super comfy. The location was perfect. We add access to the beach. The restaurants/buffet was delicious. A lot of options. Excellent customer service. The staff were very responsive, friendly, and helpful with local tips and recommendations. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I felt very safe and welcoming. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting DR and I hope to stay here again on my next trip!
