We loved it! The place is very nice, the green areas are very well maintained. The staff is wonderful, the waiters and bartenders. We used the kids' club for our 7-year-old son, and they are WONDERFUL, the treatment is super special, and they have lots of activities. My recent stay at Iberostar was wonderful. I was celebrating my 40th birthday and originally booked Iberostar Waves Dominicana. When I checked in we were upgraded to Iberostar Waves Punta Cana. Both resorts are next to each other. All the staff I encountered were pleasant and friendly. We received great service at all the restaurants especially at their buffet, Higuey. The hotel grounds are beautiful, each day there are activities and entertainment shows at night. I would highly recommend either resort. From beginning to end it was a memorable and great trip.

I really enjoyed this resort. The staff was very friendly. The club had great music. The grounds were immaculate. The french restaurant was outstanding as well as the breakfast buffet. Had allot of issues with the key card to the room. The beach has ALLOT of seaweed. I didn't go into the ocean once. Overall I would still return.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they keep the rooms clean, the water in one of the pools looks dirty and the buffet doesn't have many options, they never serve mangu for breakfast, which for me is basic for breakfast, and almost never fried chicken, which is what children eat the most.
