First room we got, ashes and hand prints all over desk and tv stand, cover sheet to bed had stains and used toilet paper roll? Second room WAY better, until we opened the fridge- MOLD. The lady receptionist was very nice. Hallways wreaked of weed. Not just the first day but this carried on the following day as well. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and links, good enough to fill your stomach. Waffles stayed raw in the middle no matter how long you kept them in the iron. The guy night receptionist appears to live there with his wife and daughter. He wasn’t the most pleasant. Keys would work then stop working. Had to go to the desk SEVERAL times to get them rescanned in. At one point was told there would be a $50 charge if this kept happening. We weren’t losing the keys- we were bringing them back because they didn’t work. The pool room is freezing. Half of the lights are burned out and the heat lamps don’t work. It is so dark and cold in there. There’s two gambling machines in the waiting room- take that however you’d like. I have no clue how this place has this high of a rating. I will say, beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the price per night is low. I’ll skip this place next time though.
