The hotel is under renovations which means not all entry/exit doors are accessible. This causes guests to walk long distances from elevator/stairs to the parking lot. The renovated rooms are very nice, but not quite ready. As you can see in the pictures, the room safe is not attached to anything, you can just take it with you and walk away the bathroom doors don’t quite match up with each other. The biggest insult was the fact that they actually charge $20 a night for parking even though I had to park at a neighboring property in order to charge. Period that neighboring property doesn’t charge you if you are there to charge your vehicle. I actually asked Beth, the front desk attendant, who checked me in if they are seriously charging me that fee, even though I am not parking at their property in the response was yes. Hot water is not always available. You have to ask the front desk attendant to fill your cup in the kitchen…
