Check-in was unfortunately not very well organised and rather slow. We arrived slightly before the official check-in time and were told the room was already ready, but it was only made available against an additional early check-in fee, which felt somewhat unnecessary given the room was prepared.
The room itself was pleasant with a nice view overlooking the town. However, there were some noticeable maintenance issues: the bathroom fan was very noisy and appeared to run permanently, and the bedroom lights were flickering.
Breakfast was offered during our stay but was later charged as an extra, which suggests there may have been some miscommunication regarding what was included.
On the positive side, dinner was very good and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Overall, the hotel has clear potential and a good concept, but at the moment it lacks that special touch and attention to detail that would elevate the experience to what one would expect from a boutique property.
