The room was clean, and the beds are comfy. Bathroom was clean and well kept. The lighting could of been a little brighter. The staff was definitely super courteous and helpful. Staff and amenities are what made this place awesome! The room itself was clean but just minimal with atmosphere. But the rest made it special. Don't miss the viewing area on floor 16. Stunning to see Honolulu and Diamond Head. The staff, especially front desk and parking attendants, are awesome. There is a free yoga class on certain days .. terrific! And the coffee downstairs -- a big machine makes fresh kona coffee just to your liking. And you are literally just across the street from the ocean.

This hotel was down at the end of the beach beside the zoo. There were still plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The busy part of Waikiki was within walking distance. The hotel was clean and across the street from a nice stretch of beach.
