Upon arrival, the lady at the reception cannot comunicate even a little bit in English and she gave us a wrong room. We booked a premium room with 3 single beds and she has randomly gave me a one queen bed room. Even after I showed her my confirmation with proof, she asked me come back in two hours, she need to ask another staff responsible for this booking. This is conpletely ridicious because we had showed her the proof on our phone written down 'premium room with 3 single bedroom". She took a photo on my phone and ask me to come back in two hpurs.
When we che k out, it funally come a guy who able to speak English so we ask if he can make a small adjustment for compansation but he said no, he said the only thing he can do is to tell his manager what had happened. He didnt even apologize for the mistKe they have made. And he said you can made complaint if you like. Clearly they don' t care about their business.
For the room, it has no charging ports. Asked for help in the reception, she just said "no". Glasses are dirty with food stick on it. The heater is broker with all wires ypu can see through. No bath tub for a premium, show curtain is old and dirty and too small for it. The who room is old, dirty and dated.
All in all, I will never come back to this hotel again and I strongly not recoment anyone to book this hotel.
