I love the apartment collection rooms, but they are really far from pools... that is my only concern but everything else is wonderful.

The property is extremely kid- and family-friendly. They have everything you need to keep your children entertained and provide special supervised activities at the pool. The food is excellent and the service is unmatched. The property itself ranges from brand new to needing repairs in some areas, but nothing that affects your stay. If you stay in the new building, there is a bit of a walk to most amenities. The front desk staff was excellent, led by Marcelo. At meal time, Yamila provided amazing service with a smile. We had a great first visit to Brazil thanks to the staff.

O resort é enorme. Um pouco afastado de centro porém com amplo estacionamento e facilidade para Uber e táxi. O quarto é bastante amplo, camas muito confortáveis e roupa de cama/travesseiros excelentes. Banheiro enorme, com vaso separado da ducha, além de uma boa e grande banheira com hidromassagem. Amenities de qualidade. Resort conta com diversas piscinas, inclusive coberta, aquecida e infantil. Tem campo de futebol, quadra de tênis, de braço tênis, salão de jogos e de games (pago à parte, além de boliche (pago à parte). Excelente estrutura. Café da manhã completo e muito saboroso. Jantar decepciona. Ótimo hotel para quem vai curtir a hospedagem alguns dias com criança.

Excelente hotel... porem poderiam fazer roupões com pelo menos um tamanho maior e um tamanho menor e, o café da manhã é muito bom mas REPETE diariamente, qem ficar uma semana hospedado no terceiro dia vai procurar cafe da manhã em outro lugar !!

Decepção

Hotel com boa estrutura geral e quartos confortáveis e limpos, porém o acesso a todos os espaços da estrutura hoteleira (exceto o uso das piscinas) está excluído da diária - tudo é pago à parte e inflacionado. Até mesmo o acesso das crianças à brinquedoteca é inteiramente pago em separado da diária do resort, além de não existir nenhuma opção de entretenimento adulto como cortesia. A alimentação é bastante básica, apesar de farta, mas não prevê casos de restrição alimentar (hóspede celíaco, mesmo com aviso prévio na reserva, não teve bom atendimento alimentar). Em resumo, não vale a hospedagem e não recomendamos. Viagem de negócios + família.
