Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Novotel Narbonne ! Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, toujours disponible et attentionné. Mention spéciale aux dames de la cafétéria le matin : leur accueil chaleureux, leurs sourires et leur gentillesse ont rendu nos petits déjeuners encore plus agréables. Hotel avec un facade vieillote mais interieur moderne et propre. Les chambres sont spacieuse et propre on a regretté ne pas pouvoir utiliser la clim car il fesait tres chaud ( clim bloque par l'hotel car "pas assez chaud dehors") . Petit bémol le seche cheveux qui avait le diffuseur qui ne tenait plus et les pompes des distributeurs de produit d'hygiène qui fonctionnait mal.. lits confortable. Petit déjeuné très bien. Piscine agreable. Bon séjour mais gros bémol par rapport a la climatisation.
