Property itself was fine, but ordered "garden view", received view of parking garage. Ordering off Orbitz i thought I was getting a hotel, this is a condo next to the hotel. Asked the check in hotel for new linens was told that is for the hotel.
Customer service was helpful once I got ahold of them, but my traveling companion and i called multiple times and they just hung up on us. To get ahold of them i had to use the callback option.
Their customer service isn't integrated with Orbitz, they were supposed to send me the code to the room 2 days ahead, (as the email from Orbitz said), but they didn't have my email. Sounds to me like that should have been handled through the Orbitz app/network. I was hesitant to provide additional information to a third-party given how timeshary this appeared upon arrival.
