The room itself was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the overall experience was deeply unsettling. When I checked in, as I was walking away from the front desk, a man came from the back area and said to the clerk, “Good, put them all together.” The comment made me uncomfortable, though at the time I tried to brush it off. I was traveling with my 9-year-old niece. At around 1:00 a.m., multiple guests were gathered loudly in the hallway and stairwell near our room. The noise was significant enough that I felt forced to leave my room late at night to ask them to quiet down. At 2:30 a.m., I went to the front desk to report the situation. I was told, “I don’t have anything to do with that. Did you try talking to them?” When I responded that not all guests know one another, the staff member replied with something spoken under their breath in another language. I did not feel supported or safe, and the situation was handled unprofessionally. Because of this experience, I will not return and do not recommend this hotel.

Charged me twice for incidentals. Once upon arrival and once upon checkout. I was refunded the initial charge after checkout, however they would not refund my other charge. Instead, after multiple calls to the hotel, they randomly state “a pillow was missing” therefore charging me an absurd amount of money. Do not stay here.

It was very secure and very clean. Isela is awesome, she was very kind. I had an issue with my car and needed to get to work, she went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciated that because I'm in a new city and just started a new job but Isela continued to help me until my issue was solved. I will be back, great place to stay!!

Last minute booking- great experience!

Last minute booking, business trip, late night. Greeted by the sweetest man. A swered all of our questions, checked us in quickly. We booked a handicap room- very spacious! Plenty room to move around. Shower/ bathroom was very spacious as well! Plenty of linen, up-to- date. Fixtures had USB outlets, fridge, the breakfast area was clean an the options were good as well. Easy checkout!We were pulling a trailer so parking was limited. Thats the only complaint we really had. Otherwise- overall had a great experience at this facility!

Very noisy

It was noisy because it was a bike show rally next door burning rubber loud ribbon of the motors and don't mention it thin floors for the kids was bumping upstairs I left a day early and they didn't talk about give me none of my money back. Every morning it woke me up at 10:00 singing. This was my worst day ever with you guys and it was in a part of the town with drugs heroin walkers
